Any good? Seen a lot chipped to arounf 200bhp? can the engine take it!?

Swap turbo to K04 + remap and easy 225bhp (as with higher 1.8T cars ie later S3's, leon cupra-r etc)

you would only need a k03s turbo for 225, im running 228 on a k03s safely, thats with my boost set very moderatly, the k03s can take 1.8 bar

read my previous post, the engines are not quite the same, similar block, different turbo, different compression ratio, different intercoolers main differences

How much for aboout 250bhp? (and thats anyway poss) - i.e. chips zorst filters or new 'bo's?

250bhp is pushing it for a k03s, you would need to start thinking about bigger turbo at that stage, 235-240 is safe on k03s

So to get that power on k03s is that just a chip filter and zorst?

you can get 235 with a stage 2 revo remap, with exhaust, downpipe and filter, with a 4 bar FPR

remap will be about £500 quid the rest is where and what you buy really

yeah around that guess, you might wanna also upgrade to a large fmic, although not vital, would be for best results
