At a garage, its about an hour to an hour and a half job. So depends on your garages labour rate. So say £200 for the kit about £40+VAT for the fitting

£200 will get you shocks and springs. If your'e going to do it, do it properly!

so in the long run thats better shocks and springs

how hard are they to fit wat does the job involve??

Gmax full kit is usually about £200ish, IMO you'd be better with some quality stuff. Koni or Eibach is ususally regarded as the good stuff. Depends if you want looks or handling. Looks you may aswell just get Gmax, handling get eibach or koni.

Its not a hard job to be honest, heres a tutorial from the FAQ section

Your looking at G-Max I would of thought.

You'll need a jack, socket set and some way of compressing the springs. About half an hour a wheel.

i only just managed to change a arch panel lol
