and i really want a cigarette  Cut down from 10 a day to 3 or 4 over the last couple of weeks, and gave up today. Part of my new healthy living lifestyle, given up smoking weed and all the rest of it, cut down LOADS on my alcohol so smoking is the last thing to go.

I haven't stopped smoking, I'm sat with a ciggy right now... mmmm it's nice, you don't know what your missing.... apart from the shorter life, which apparently can be ragained by looking at girls titties

Yeah mate I understand, I gave up everything else part from alcohol 3 months ago but had to hold onto smoking so i had something to keep me sane during the last few months which have been pretty shit. Still, thats over now so no more excuses for me

Stop smoking, its disgusting.
Wont be saying this when your 45, got 3 kids and can't live with yourself because you've got CANCER and your going to DIE, leaving your wife and kids behind without a husband and a dad.
Your choice thou, if you want to be a smelly nelly all your life, yellow fingers, yellow teeth, chesty cough....
But go for it matt, give up, life longer and smell nice
