wanted to know what the right drop or hight of Coilover be for the best handling.
i got FK Highsport Coilover at the moment on my 1.4 sport planing going LET 
i know i would need Strut braces and ARB's.
i did have the car slammed at one point and it had excellent handling, but after a run in with a large speed bump which messed up my old exhaust lol i had to raise it. after that the car didnt feel like it had grip didnt roll much but felt like the rear end was gonna slip and slide out?
at the moment i would say the car is droped 45 approx. would the adjustment of the drop affect the handling at all?

Lowering the centre of gravity will greatly improve the handling, I would say your only main concern is speed bumps.
Also I personally wouldn't bother with strut braces.

any reasons why u wont bother with the strut braces? i have heard it dont make a difference and other say it does...

It will stiffen the car up, causing it to flex instead of being able to move freely with the suspension. Plus, theres no real need if you're going to be using the car on public roads, a good suspension set up will be sufficient.

Aftermarket ARBs are essential imo if your planning on doing any amount of spirited driving.
