Steve you can buy cream that reduces the redness and stops them being so noticeable

Also use coco butter, and moisturise every day so your skin can stretch naturally without getting stretch marks

remember to keep your food intake high, guy of your size needs it, your gonna be a fucking beast

am having a lot of protein now too
eating the protein bars with about 30g in them... plus lots of tuna, brown rice, salad and lots of meats its going well

i have them, at first they are really bright but after a while they should die down, mine have gone skin colour so you cant see them, i wouldn't worry about them too much matey
