they pump likewell just ping a few times when i trun my cd player on :S just the subs not the comps

do you mean your sub "pops" when you turn it on. if so, you have a crap earth.
if you mean it makes a noise when up loud, its clipping.
if you mean it makes a brrrp noise, its in a crap box.

sorry that was a quick type it doesnt make any sense  .
it makes a horrible noise when i turn off my cd player it kind of thuds a few times

it sounds like a bad earth to me....mine used to do it till i scraped some paint away where the earth attaches to the body.
