Right people im a VW man so I dont know diddly squat about vauxhole's!!

I need a 1.2 8v (spi) or 1.4 8v (spi) engine for my '95 Corsa shed due to my head gasket blowing and a nasty knocking from the big end!!

Anyone in or around cornwall who has one going please let me know coz im fed up of farting around on 2/3 cylinders!!

got a 1.2 8v, £120 plus £50 for us to remove it. im in Scotland.

anyone know how much it would be to move an engine of this size about 300 miles? some courier sevice someone has delt with before maybe, rough prices would be great!!

I got a 2.0 lump shifted from Wigan to Fareham, Hampshire for about £60. But that was through a breaker.

I got my own price and it was about £70.

Oh an i have a X14XE for sale - not 8v but close.

Its a 16v 1.4 from later Corsa SRi. 90k proven mileage, had new HG a cambelt about 10k ago plus reskimmed head and some new valves. Ran sweet as a nut before removal
