na you dream when your in REM sleep the 4th stage of sleep, which is the hardest type of sleep to come out of i think, lol trying to remeber my phycology class.

yeah, REM sleep is the deepest type of sleep, so in theory, when you dream, you shouldnt feel tired in the morning
