i had retrimmed my roof cards myself with white leather and blue alcantara and for about 3 weeks i hadnt had any problems with it. however, i got in the car today and noticed it had started to hang down slightly. i'd use spray adhesive to attach it the 1st time, just wondering what would keep it attached properly?

You user spray adhesive 
What you should have used was impact adhesive, that's the proper way of doing things...

Impact adhesive all the way little red tin in Wilko's is best stuff i've found for that kind of things!
Doing my headlining soon in black alcantara and be using that stuff again.
