Had a dream last night I bought an astra coupe then found out a couldnt get insured on it Looking on parkers they dont seem to high to insure for what they are! Just curious really but can anyone give me the bhp and basic stats on the astra coupe, 1.8, 2.2, and 2.0 turbos. Cheers.

early 1.8 is about 115bhp
later 1.8 125bhp?
2.2 147bhp or there abouts
2.0 turbo 197 or there abouts

just off the top of my head so could be wrong

1.8 is 123bhp
2.2 is 146bhp
turbo is 197bhp

stats will be on parkers though surely?

Seems high, the turbo is only group 15, and the 2.2 is group 12, same as 106 gti and nearly 30bhp more.

its a big heavy car though. bigger cars are cheaper to insure than big engined small cars
