Anyone experienced where they have just had enough of their vehicle as it's happened to have gone through a torrid time?

with mine, Ive been dooshed into twice...and Had some wanker key both sides of the car and it's been like that for a while... Ive been too busy living life normally ala not car parking 24.7 and attending the odd cruise.. but i just cant be arsed to fix the corsa as the spirit has kinda gone in it.

I'd rather wait and if my other half gets the pug we been looking at, I'd love to invest my time in that... then either try and get my corsa in good nick (engine time) or sell it off and let it die somewhere else.

lol

What puts me off mostly.

Is forking out to get my car fixed and it wasnt even me who caused the damage.

I'd rather just tap out as the will to modify it has gone, Since of the previous incidents ive had.

Start afresh again?

God Knows really.

I've not really had a chance to modify my Astra apart from a stainless steel exhaust.

I just seem to spend my money fixing the damn car. That, coupled with ridiculous insurance premiums (see my thread in GC), and for a 1.4 Astra?

*SIGH*

Yeah.. Some charvers jealousy has meant.

A 600quid respray has to be done (1st quote+nearest i reckon when i hunt around)

600 quid..outta my own pocket.. that's like alot of wages gone instantly!

This time last year..when my corsa was fine, i was modifying it in one huge process...now with all these hicups.. i kinda think... start all over again prehaps

sorry if i seem like a moany git.. Just been thinking and the thrill of it aint just there
