the house ive been looking at has gone 'under offer' today

it was 150k - for a 3 bed semi detached

quite reasonable for that kind of house down here.

In fairness, its a pretty horrible looking house. (Nice brick lifts on the gable) and i somewhat doubt you are near Bath with it being brick?

But at the end of the day its the inside of the house you live in that counts.

Fairplay to getting on the 'ladder' though...that counts more than anything these days

My flat is currently under offer for 167,500, and struggling to find a decent 3 bed semi for mine and the misses 250,000 limit, surrey is so friggin over priced....house looks kewl:thumbs; not really my tatse but nice all the same :thumbs

got some inside pics at home but not uploaded anywhere - will do when its decorated and furnitured
