Wor lass has just bought some Aberdeen Angus Fillet from Costco as a treat because I haven't been well over the weekend, think I'm going to play this illness card more often

Any good recipes or surving suggestions?

4 minutes each side on medium heat on BBQ, if they are thick cuts. you english dont get proper steaks so reduce that to 2 minutes serve with a peppercorn sauce

soak steak in good red wine for a few mins, then grill it til rare, some nice cheese melted over the top, and serve with a fried egg and chips. yum yum fucking yummalomofolo.

Oops Looks like I may have to modify the recipe to meet my needs because it's sound lovely, I can see this turning into one big messy disaster
