Everything should swap over. Though you should probably replace the headset as they get worn out.

The only thing that you wont be able to swap over is the rear shock. The coilover will more than likely be the wrong length and the damper wont be set to the correct rate for the frame.

you would probably be looking at about £40 for a shop to do it. Do it yourself if you can if not find a friend with the ability and tools to do it

Only things i can see not fitting on the new frame are
> bottom bracket as the one on the patriot will be wide
>seatpost probably different diameter.

Other things may not be paticuarly suitable as it sounds like you may have more of a lightweight XC setup. And somthing like the patriot frame will be looking at having triple clamp sus forks etc on it to keep the geometry of the frame right rather then sigle crown forks.

What frame have you got at the mo?
pics?

You can get long travel forks that will work allright on the patriot without having to go triple clamp. Or there was an XC version of that frame?

your going to need a new bottom bracket, new cables because frame is diferent, (maybe a new headset if you want to remove and keep old one), a new seat post and seat postr clamp and anything else which seems a bit dodgy and a shed load of tools, i.e. bb remover, crank extractor, 8mm, 6mm,4mm,5mm cable cutters (including jagwires), headset press thats everything i can think off wityout looking at the bike
oh and already posted the head angle on a set of old judy's i gonig to be wank so get some new forks look at the marazochi all mountain range if you mwant strenght and durability or go for rockshox for lightwiegth and reliability you may also want new bolts and the forks may need a service and the you may need to get the frame faced so you will need a facing tool
