It has a full-bodied flavour and is ideal for baking and cooking. Semi-sweet chocolate, available in bits and morsels, is chocolate that has been processed with sugar and viscose to make it syrupy when melted. Cocoa comes in powdered form and is made from roasted cocoa beans. It is unsweetened, and its flavour is bitter.

That's probably why it's so good.

Because it effects Serotonin production and encourages the release of Endorphins in the brain.

It is also believed to contain an agent that triggers Dopamine production.

Dopamine levels in the brain are usually at their peak during orgasm.

It is a very complicated and convoluted subject which I have little knowledge of Shell, not least due to the complex chemical nature of chocolate, but as far as i'm aware, due to the more variable nature of womens' physiology and hormonal balances, they are far more susceptible to the potential effects of chocolate than men.

This probably factors in the origins of the popular women and chocolate myths. i.e. aphrodisiac nature, preferring chocolate to sex, eating loads of the stuff during menstruation etc, etc.

The potency of the alleged effects of chocolate are directly proportionate to the cocoa mass content.

Hence, the darker the chocolate, the higher the cocoa solids percentage and the stronger or more apparent the desired effects are.

Edit: Oh, and that's why you find it so good... because you're a woman.
