Some dude I sold a SIM card to back on 23rd March sent me a message on there today simply saying "sim card not received"...

I replied back quoting the address he gave on eBay/PayPal and asked him to confirm he has not received it at that address.

Where do I go from here? Do I have to give him a refund?

Never had this happen before...

Should always cover yourself by sending stuff recorded. Proves you sent it then.

Try and resolve it, but your propably gona have 2 send another card or risk neg feedback

tbh i doubt you can unless you send another card or give them a refund...

if you send another, make sure you send it recorded! least then you can say well you signed for it, etc...

Well he bought a Vodafone SIM I only have O2 ones left so it'll have to be one of them or a refund... I'll just wait for him to reply and take it from there.

Seems a bit strange it's taken him this long to claim that he's not received it...

simply make a refund but before doing it, just send him a mail stating that you would do such...keep a copy in your sent items folder...sometimes paypal ask for proof during dispute resolutions.

I just replied "Have you contacted Royal Mail regarding this, in case they could not deliver it to you for whatever reason?"...

if not recorded, he doesnt need to contact RM.

let him file the claim and respond to paypal on the last day i.e. the 10th day...LOL

make life a bit difficult. some buyers need to get this. (if they are dishonest of course). but you are more likely to lose on that one
