id guess no mate, i used to own a C and swapped the steering wheel for a MOMO, but the back of it is very wide, wheras the back of a B steering wheel had quite a small centre iirc. you wont know until you try. it might physically fit however it may look a bit silly as it probably wont line up with plastic steering column section on the dash.

I'm sure the splines are different, so probably not.
