The police won't care as no crime has been commited yet. Whether the address which you have is full of goods obtained by deceit and stolen credit card numbers is another matter.

Ever sinse i phones the guy the phone has been turned off.

Went back to bank today and told her what cops had said and she said she can't believe the rubbish they talk sometimes.

Also said her husband is a police officer and sh's gona ask him and see what he says.

Also going to talk 2 the fraud department at HSBC and see what they say, but because the guy didn't actually get away with it then they may not be interested.

If all this fails and no one does owt then i shall arrange for a trip down there and have a knock on the door.

Phone Crime Stoppers, give them his address and say you think the guy is likely to have stolen goods and possibly other peoples credit card details at his address.
