I agree with you there Jambo, but they are lovely wheels and if the GSi has been written off, they should go on a nice subtle Vauxhall that deserves them rather than being recycled into drinks cans. 
I used to have a minter than mint Navy blue MK II Cav GLS estate, and (until she was written off ) was going to drop her on a set of black GSi rims with Koni shocks and springs, and pop a red top on Webers under the bonnet.
She would have been my practical daily driver with stealth capabilities.

Like everything apart from the wheels, it makes it look as if my grandad should be driving it.
Wheels aside everything else is tatsy.

Some white Mo's would suit that to a Tee.

I like the wheels on it tbh - seen it in the flesh and they suit the car really well. Exhaust looks far better than previous Magnex one too Punto wiper is slightly shorter than Marea one, but virtually identical looking - I had one on my old 'B' and it was huge improvement over standard Vaux one.
Would be tempted to remove Sport badges too btw
