Last time I rang up I was told my policy expired on the 16th April
Rang up today to see if they could match the quote I'd got & they said no. Fair enough, but they're now saying that it expired on the 4th of April & I owe them £26
If I had been told it was the 4th then I would've rang up a week before that date, not a few days after
So they gave me incorrect information & now want to charge me for the privalige
Which makes them very very gay
*End of rant*

They are the worst insurance company I have had the mis-fortune to ever phone. Whenever I have phoned them I have always had to speak to some spotty kid who cannont pronounce thier words correctly, then you get bombarded by stupid comments.

as said in the other post, i think CS should look for someone else to advertise discounts for, if this is the general feeling

As I said in the other post, some people do save some money.
I don't think its any secret that the service is terrible, but I personally buy insurance on price and while they're saving a few hundred quid the relationship may as well stay.
Finding someone else to advertise discounts for is harder than it sounds. Churchhill, Halifax, Privilege, Eagle Star, Direct Line and esure all declined our offer to work togethre. Post Office said yes, but were expensive even with the 50 quid cashback which they were offering at the time.
Obviously you think everything is easy, but if it were, we would be doing it. The only insurers so far to entertain any sort of relationship worth having are Flux and HIC. The guy at HIC doing the deals no longer works there. What does that tell you.
