Theyve jst arrived
opened one it was ok
opened the second and glass went everywere
it looked like it had been thrown at the wall
anyone else had this problem??
theyve dispatched another set to me
but what do i do about feedback on ebay cos i dont want bad feedback but if i put negative for them there gonna do the same for me

if your next set come in good condition then there is no problems really, and leave good feedback,

damage probably occured during transit which you cannot blame the seller for

the seller must ensure goods reaches the buyer in the condition stated at time of selling imo....they should claim against the courrier company but at the same time make a refund or as in your case send a new item...

leave positive feedback if you are happy this time..

but to be honest with you they are crapply packaged aint they just the box no polystyrene or anything

as I stated above they MUST ensure that item reaches buyer in condition described in auction...So it's up to them to package the item well with necessary protective stuff.

wait till the new unbroken one arrives
when it does leave positive feedback, if they had told you to get stuffed etc then i would do negative

just fitted my set, look spot on
although i will be putting more sealent at the top of the light

im well happy with them- cant stop looking at them

i too shall be adding more sealant to the top of the cluster though
