Anyone know where i could get discs "made" up?

Im after a GM vaux/saab fitting disc 5x110 with a diameter of 304mm and a thickness of 32mm!!

Anyone got any ideas?

The closest ive found is a veccy disc thats 302mm but only 28mm wide
