some1 has booted my mirror off, then played footie with it down the street. its nowhere to be seen. the scrappy wants 17quid plus vat to replace it. its a standard b mirror n it aint colour coded, cant afford it

Someone had a pop at my mirror a few months back and I think they broke one of the clips cos they havent been the same since

get to a scrappy for one then, up here we go to a place called persleys and you take it off yourself and pay next to nothing for stuff. Got an arch liner for ali's corsa for free from there as long as i removed it from car myself

Hopefully the mods you've done so far are declared on your insurance? If not, then a) you're one of the reasons why premiums are so high, and b) don't do any more until you can afford to declare them. If they are, however, then well done for being sensible enough to wait until you can afford to both buy AND insure them...

im not putting you premiums up cuz i havnt crashed, its the ppl that have crashed that are so go rant at them. i have wheels and a backbox that i cant declare. hopefully next month i can afford to declare. i need to change my insurance tho

Hopefully you kerb the wheels, and can't claim......would serve you right. Utter rubbish to claim you can't afford to insure the items, when you bought the bloody things in the first place.
Bills to pay? My heart bleeds......if you can't afford to buy AND insure a modification, then don't buy them in the first place. I don't want my insurance-premiums to go back up above £500, just because you feel like committing fraud (and yes, before you claim otherwise, it IS criminal fraud you're committing).
