I have my theory test booked within a couple of days although i have come to try and find the paper counterpart section of it. I have looked in the most possible places i can think it could be but i cant seem to find it.

Does anyone know what i should do to get a new one?

I have looked on the DVLA website although can't get any information on it..

Do i have to apply for a new provisional?

Ring DVLA and you can get a new one, at a charge though iirc, £40 ish.

all you need is your card and they shud let you do your theory test, its the same with the driving test as they can look it up.
