basically i want a rebuild on my gsi......

i want the following spec but if i got all the parts what dya reckon id be lookin at labour to get it all fitted and running sweet??

one of these stage 3 heads i keep seeing in total vaux
new cams
timing belt
the block re-built with pistons rings etc arp bolts etc
and a new clutch fitted while the blocks out?
inlet manifold like a mantzel


what would you have done if you were having a rebuild but i need keep a 1.6 due to insurance
would i need anything else
