Urely that is like a major loophole?

Do quotes, you can insure up to 28 days. You could just do that 12 times for a year and it looks like you could get insured on pretty high powered machines at a young age

Do you know what I mean?

found this,
Q Can a policy be issued for more than 28 days?
No, dayinsure.com is a short period insurance facilitity that will provide cover for a maximum of 28 days, for any one vehicle, in any 12 month period

reckon after 28 days, in block or seperate, they probably won't insure you for 12 months. until you can have another 28 days.
