a couple of weeks the head gasket went on my car so i thought i would have a go at it myself as i like to learn. all in all it took me 6 hours to do which i a long while but it went ok. got it all runnin again but the rad would not bleed up. got a mate to take a look and it turns out in my haste a i had not had the head skimmed and it was warped. sort of gave up on it then put it in a garage as i could not be bothered with it. got it back all was well for a week. then started runnin on 3 cylinders and ran really bad. got a mate to check it out. turns out compression is all over the place and suspected the head gasket to still be wrong so i took it to the garage yesterday and they tell me my bottom end is gone now. this car is drivin me mad. anyway sorry for the essay

they reckon the rings but surely that would smoke loads i thought. yhink they are sayin that to cover their bad head work. when i can be bothered i will pull it to bits AGAIN and take a look
