Ok, my analysis as follows...

You seek a relationship with a strong willed woman, and want to have children with her - represented by making cake with Ally. However, you have strict expectations, and when Ally suggests twins (two cartoons on one cake - two children in one womb) you find it hard to cope with the situation and leave (could infer a desire to kill yourself if you were father to twins).
