my daughter had it
she was in hospital good couple of days
even if you cant keep fluids in keep taking them kus the worse effect is dehydration and will also flush it out

i ve had it 5 times in the last 12 months!

I ve got a very sensitive stomach, yea as kerry said keep drinking lots of water, i got to a point the dr wanted to put me in hospital as i was soo badly dehydrated.

It lasts with me for about 2-3 days and takes another 4-5 days to get completely over it.

how do you know when your dehydrated? i woke up this morning and my mum said i was delerious (sp) as my temperature was so high. first time it has happened since i was young, used to act like i was tripping.

your tongue is a good indicator. if its not pink and moist then start drinking more!! if u feel ur mouth dry up aswell is another indicator
