I cant see a turbo and never seen a pipe like that running across the front of the engine bay? Maybe I am being blind. It doesn't look right to me though

Looks like it goes through the bulkhead

Maybe got the air con & FMIC pipes mixed up

thats been on before, there is a turbo, but it doesnt feed the inlet
the pipes through the bulkhead are because the intercooler is under the scuttle panel

The car is on the log book as a 1.4 SRI which means that you can insure it cheap and Tax it cheap.

Someone should ask to view it & slap him silly!!!

the turbo is there, as is the intercooler so it seems, but the air filer has no feed off the turbo so it seems.... so the boost goes............nowhere
