U'd want to take off the arch plastics and bend the arches back up into the car, grinding them is asking for rust, even when you roll them you'd want to paint abit of rust-proof primer and seal it with something like chemical metal. As for the plastics u will need to cut off the lips on them, but make sure u get them smooth, or it will look like a bodge.

i would suggest that if you wanted to roll metal arches, make sure you use a block of wood on the inside arch and some1 to hold a firm block of wood on the outside.

easy solution for the backs , take off the drum and there is some welds on a plate they dont do anything but keep your camber right. grind these off completely flat and you will move your wheel in about 5 mm

gonna be putting strain on your suspension etc if your alloys aren't right and sticking out too much.

i got a quote for mine when i had some with bad offset, £100 per arch as they needed rolling, filling and spraying. so i said nuts to it and got tigger rims which were similar in price and look but better fit and quality.
