OK at the moment I'm having to use the Corsa to get me about.
Clutch has been slipping for ages, but has been ok if your under 3000rpm, and not on boost. Last night I ran out of petrol (again ), then on the way back from the shell its all up hill big time. Got to near my road and it was struggling to do anything without slipping.
Anybody that knows where I live will know my road has to be one of the steepest in Sheffield, I got a run up at it, was in second and it would not accelerate at all. So had to put it in first and crawl up on tickover pritty much.
Anybody else managed to destroy a clutch (and probably my flywheel too lol) to that extent

Lent the Clio to the Mrs as her car has broken down. Will need to get it back!
Feck don't want it to shaft the box. Fair enough I've plent of spares, but its still £300 down the pot if it goes!
I'm just getting a flywheel off Mig just incase, got the clutch already.
Don't think it will get fixed until the big rebuild, its no 2 minute job, and pointless to do as it will be coming to bits soon. Plus if the clutch didn't slip the engine would probably let rip haha!

Yeah! If both cars are broken the Clio gets priority!
