Some folk still think there worth 2.5k - 3k

white one looks quite smart. whether its in that good a condition when you see it for real is another matter.

Parkers is saying 1500 should get you a good condition 1.6 sport on a 97P

GSi looks better but 94L - 12yrs old now mmmmm could be a problem!!

Just want a stop gap while I save up for something better - dont want to be spending loads of money on it

What can 1500 get you these days - dont want to spend any more - only keep it 6 months / year & sell at not much loss
