or can u wire it into the car so u can pop the boot from inside??

how easy is it to wire up??
im thinking of buying a semi smooth boot from whiet sri but i dnt have c/l

they way i did it was get a boot popper out of an xr2i and the button aswell, this went in a corsa so anythin can be used, i wired the earth from the solenoid to bare metal in tailgate, took a long length of cable, ran it all way through car to the dash, on the button there is 2 pins, the long length of cable wires to one, the other cable wires to a permanent live which i wired up to the lvie on the cd player

Remember to use a relay with the button. The solenoid draws a lot of current and could melt the switch.
