Then your all cool afaik - if you get a court summons just say you never got a police caution.

yep i didnt get 1 deffers. i asked my m8 he never got it too. but got told we wud get summons.
where in the law does it state you need to get a caution?
if i have to goto court i want to know which law im referring to. dont want 2 look like a tit lol

jesus..... dont worry about it.
IF you get a summons you'll have plenty of time to work out if your a tit or not

After waiting about 4 - 5 months and finally recieving my summons, its was for a court date in about 1 - 2 weeks time.

he aint cancelled it tho. so ive told him 2 ring up insurance n say thats 1 of the reasons why he got a poilicy out with them. hopefully they change it.
Doesn't matter. He wasn;t covered at the time of the offence, adding that condition afterwards won't make a blind bit of difference.
