Not to everyones liking, but heres some pics: -
I bought the car on 66K for £1000, and sold it to a lad from Burton-on-Trent for £600 on 89K. I was pretty gutted to see it go TBH.
Was such a quick car, it surprised many a salesman!
Before you say get your slippers and pipe, I've allready heard that!

It surprised the pants off me! Was only a 1.4, and pulled in triple fugures a hell of a lot better than the corsa.
Indicated 130MPH on a private test track

Talk about a sleeper! The 1.8 VVC fits in easily, but i can imagine the car is shit to drive at them speeds without taking off the hydrogas.

I remember years ago my mate had an Orion 1.8 i think (before i even started driving) we went southend and this metro ripped the pants off him - i didnt know anything back then except that metros werent very good (neither were orions but hey) we fcuking rinsed him for that

One woman owner 43k on it totally original she sold it for £300 dam it

There was a white one on e-bay about 6 months ago.
White, 30K, re-con g/box, new turbo, stainless exhaust.
Elderley owner!
I trakced it for a bit, then it went for about 2K
