two screws at top and clips think four along bottom had one on my old bumper

post 97 the grille clips onto the bumper with 12 clips along the bottom of the grill and 2 bolts hold it in at the top.
if yor intrested the grills for vauxhall are £26 +vat and arout another 70p for the 2 plastic nuts (push into the slam panel) and 2 bolts
