...that was I *think* used a couple of World Cups ago for the BRAZIL song? NOT their national anthem tho! Was alo used in a advert as well, but not sure which one... Anyone who can help

No that's not the one...

Just found out what it's called (not sure if it was worldcup song or not now though). It's called Mais Que Nada, and it's by Sergio Mendes and Brazil '66. Used in the Nike airport advert (1998):
