my 2 bed flat in Bournemouth is valued at £189k

thats without a garage and without a garden

its so damn expensive around here

u probably could buy a whole street in Wales for that

Mark up in Llanhilleth you could, there was a 4 bed house up there, modernly decorated for 40k

but was over an hour for me to get to work and llanhilleth are still stuck in the dark ages so the chances of it increasing in value are little!

i know - most semi detatched houses here are described as a "villa"!!

my da thinks the gates are great; tbh i aint bothered; i think out the back is great!
