If you can get a GPS system that would be clever. if not you can get an electric/vibrating colour that gives the dog a small shock, and if it doesnt listen to you when you call for it you give it a little buzz (on a low setting!!) so it comes back to you. it will soon learn to listen to you. Alternatively hire a trainer...
