It's faily hard to explain but is obviously to do with your bowels, causes harsh pain, discomfort and can cause problems.
Can get it from anything like stress, diet or just pure bad luck.
It's not very nice, thankfully I don't get all the symptons but I do get the harsh pain.
I can no longer drink alcohol as much as before, I also can't have any coke or lemonade and no tea / coffee. Also aren't allowed large meals, bread, chocolate, crisps, chinese or indian !!

Mine isnt that bad, i drank so much diet coke it was disgusting, i think this was the catalyst.
I have cut down alot of it and its bette,r i also get the same thing oliver with milk, im unsure weather im slightly lactose intollerant as things like chedder set it off in large amounts too. But could just be another irritant of my bowels
Its quite horrid sometimes, but drinking lots of water helps alot. and just be nice to your stomach
