bought some thing on ebay on sunday night.

Payed over £160 for it. Paid via paypal within a few mins. ebay user has 75 possitive feedback 100% blah blah.

He hasnt sent me any messages and i have sent him to messages now asking when he will be posting the item out and had no reply.



How long should i give him you think?

Give him aslong as it takes dude, all you can do is mark him as a non sending seller and give bad feedback, so you wont see your money again. (unless you actually manage to claim off of paypals insurance).

He may be without internet access for a while, be patient.

paypal ask for a claim to be within 30days though dont they

If thats the case, give him say 2 weeks - then go through paypal to get your money back.

I did feel a bit bad as I had mailed a few times saying contact me or I'm going to neg blah blah.

Eventually I got a mail back from the daugter in law, 'terribly sorry but..'

I was going to ask for it cheaper as they weren't hers to sell

just claim back from paypal, most people do it anyway even after receiving there item.
most will get there money back.

Do you mean claim back the money off paypal or from the seller through paypal?

If the later how do you do it as my mates been ripped off for an exhaust?
