What about a background been the heart beat sign in .gif.... doing the actual thing that the heart monitors do... (moving along)..... Do this in maybe a blue or red colour...

Then have the writing in a nice bubbly font.. with this ''pulsing'' going brighter then darker.. or maybe bigger and then smaller? White in the inside and then dark red on outside.. just an idea.. i would do it but i aint any good with .gif's
