how do they come off?

do i just push them forward and pull them out?

get a very fine flat head screw driver and pop them out fron the side

or remove wheel and plastic splash gaurd then push em out from back

do they leave a recess in the wing, or is it flush? e can you fit mk4 asra items straight in?
