Ordered something on the 16th and got an e-mail saying i'll get an e-mail once its dispatched, if its out of stock i will be e-mailed with a date. And i've not heard anything since, would i be in my rights to tell them not to bother and ask for a refund?

depends on their refund policy or if they tell you it will be dispatched within x amount of days

Just realised, seems ages ago i ordered but sat and sunday arn't working days. I've e-mailled asking for a refund any how, no harm in trying.

you can cancell your order anytime within 14 days. if the goods have been dispatched you will have toreturn them at your cost and may be charged an administration charge. If they havn't been dispatch a full refund within 28days is customery

3 really, still usually pretty speedy when you order on the net, it worries me when they are not! Not even recieved an e-mail back after sending one asking to cancel.
