At work i have to use too main drawing packages. One is a 3D CAD/CAM package which i have had to learn over last 2.5yrs (since i been at this job)

the other is like autocad and i am very good at it as my last job was v.similar and i was doing it for 4-5yrs

Boss has just come in a said "i need to show some people what we do, but you can't use the architects package and walked off"

am probably the best one here at it, issued 100's of drawings to him, and mine look so much better than anyone elses.

so quite pissed off that he hasn't recognised the fact that the 2d architect stuff is what i excel in and have spent agesssss getting good at.

words needed, just waiting for the chance to speak with him....

i feeling so annoyed right now, may sound little, but its what my job is all about

i hate it when bosses dont recognise achievement, but punish insolance people like that shouldnt be in a position of authority.

if i was a manager i would reward the good before punishing the bad. it will all help moral. but they are blind ignorant to these things, makes me fume

So his salary is £24k and he takes home £2k a month?

He must do more than a 'bit' of overtime
