bought and paid for a bumper off ebay last friday, since then ive been sending emails to the person asking when its going to be shipped etc, had no reply.
Just been back onto be and he is no longer registered.

I paid him via online bank transfer as paypal is messing me about.
Is there anything i can do?

if you done it through your bank and not through paypal then its a small claims court job mate. I think paypal will only cover you if you paid it through them. I stand to be corrected though.

slightly better news, i managed to get his mobile number of Ebay.
Rang him last night, said his account had been hijacked, and therefore removed, so he couldnt login and get my address details ( i didnt pay through paypal). he said he will arrange posting and text me the consignment order within a day or two.

If he does con me, and doesnt send it, i will go to town with prank calls at all hours of the morning just to make myself feel better

Prank calls are useless if he turns his phone off or has it on silent though.
