im amazed u could get a piece of land with outline planning for 55k unless ur in the far reaches of scotland! i guess ur dad must of built it for 70K. fair play for selling it for 300k odd

The guy that sold him the land was in bad debt, being the good busisnessmen that they are, they played on it and screwed him down, bad dad, very bad dad.
