Kyle, if you are serious and that is genuinely how often you move your bowels, you need to get to the arse doctor and soon mate.
You should go every morning, and easily twice a day.
Must be down to your diet mate - I presume you eat a lot of white bread and chips.
yea i'm being serious I eat allsorts, lots of meat, lots of fruit, lots of potato/veg and shit like that.
Gonna buy some bran flakes

You realy do need to get the ball rolling down there mate, as if things aren't just so at the moment, you are setting yourself up for serious problems in later life, such as impacted bowel, IBS, diverticular disease, and the more ominous aswell
Drink as much water as you can manage.
Fruit juices help too.
Try and have muesli or all-bran or bran flakes for breakfast if you don't have a wheat intolerance.
Eat fruit and green veg and salads as often as you can.
Hot tea with a meal can help.
Try to avoid white bread - granary is good and doesn't cause the scouring effect and discomfort that wholemeal can.
Senokot tablets are a good and fairly natural remedy for constipation, and your GP can prescribe Lactulose which is a gentle and basic sugar based syrup laxative. People can be intolerant to Lactulose though.
Figs and dates and other dried fruits aswell as beans and pulses and nuts are all excellent at speeding things up naturally too Kyle.
Hope you get more regular soon mate.
