Bought something off of ebay a while agom turns out the transaction couldnt be completed so the seller filed a Refund.
I now have the money in "Temporary Hold". Does anyone know why this is, and when will i get access to the money again?

Paypal is a rip-off. they currently have over 10.000 fraud and criminal investigations worldwide and are also being investigated by the FSA in the uk.

I refuse to use ebay or paypal anymore unless Im sending money to someone I know.
To many people on ebay who will take your cash and run, and they make it well too easy for them to get away with it.
